How I Work
I believe in creating fewer images, but making each one count.
Instead of producing a large number of similar images from one session, I focus on creating fewer portraits with care and intention. Time is taken to adjust details, light, and connection so each image stands on its own.
That’s the approach I take during every session.
The Session Experience
I work with a dedicated assistant so sessions feel calm and supported. This allows me to focus fully on guiding newborns carefully and helping families feel comfortable.
To keep this level of attention, I take on a limited number of family and newborn sessions. The focus is always on quality and care, rather than speed.
Before the session, we have a short phone or online consultation to talk through clothing and the overall feel. Simple guidance on colours and textures helps everything come together naturally and keeps the day relaxed.
Sessions & Pricing
Family and newborn sessions are designed to create a small number of strong portraits, rather than a large gallery of similar images.
Most sessions use one or two outfits and a single setting. This keeps the focus on connection and expression, rather than constant changes.
After the session, images are carefully selected to form a refined and cohesive set.
Sessions start from £200 for a family shoot and £250 for newborn. Full pricing details are shared once you get in touch.
The Studio
Sessions take place in my SW London studio, based in the historic Royal Victoria Patriotic Building.
The space is quiet, light-filled, and comfortable particularly suited to newborns and families. It’s private and unhurried, with a simple setting that keeps the focus on the people being photographed.
